The role focuses on minimizing disruption while migrating ENM environments and coordinating with network, operations and engineering teams.

The candidate should have hands-on ENM experience, migration project exposure, and a solid understanding of telecom OSS

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ENM Migration Engineer with hands‑on experience in Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) migration activities within telecom network environments. The candidate will support migration, upgrade, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure a smooth transition with minimal network disruption.

Must-Have Skills

Hands‑on experience with Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) .

Proven experience in ENM migration projects .

Knowledge of telecom network management systems and Ericsson OSS environments.

Experience in network configuration, migration planning, and validation.

Ability to troubleshoot migration‑related issues and resolve technical problems.

Understanding of network elements and their integration with ENM.

Experience preparing technical documentation and migration reports.

Ability to coordinate with network, operations, and engineering teams.

Good‑to-Have Skills
