Job summary

FutureYou is seeking an Employment Relations Specialist to provide expert ER/IR guidance across employee matters and policy interpretation. You will join a values-driven organisation and support staff wellbeing through effective industrial relations practice.

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Law or related discipline.
• Proven ER/IR advisory experience in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and enterprise agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER/IR advice on complex workplace matters including performance, grievances, discrimination, harassment, and policy interpretation.
• Support enterprise agreement negotiations and union consultations.
• Draft and review HR/IR policies, employment documentation and frameworks.

The Role

As an integral member of the People & Culture team, you will:

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or related discipline
• Proven experience in an ER/IR advisory role
• Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements, and award interpretation
• Experience in union negotiation and enterprise bargaining preferred
• A proactive, consultative approach and high attention to detail
