Job summary

Agrifutures in Perth invites you to join a leading workplace relations consultancy as an ER Advisor. You will advise across employee relations, HR and industrial relations matters for a diverse client base, in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Western Australia, you’ll work with experienced ER and workplace relations specialists, gain exposure to employment law and modern awards, and progress through clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations, HR, IR or Employment Law.
• Familiarity with Australian employment legislation and workplace relations frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Law, IR or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Performance management, misconduct and disciplinary processes.
• Employee grievances and workplace investigations.
• Interpretation of Modern Awards and employment legislation.
• Industrial relations matters and enterprise agreement interpretation.
• Preparation of workplace correspondence and ER documentation.
• Coaching leaders through complex people-related issues.
• Building trusted relationships with a diverse client base.
