Qualifications

• Typically 8–10 years of equity research or governance experience.
• FINRA Series 16 license required; cross-jurisdictional experience assets.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and supervisory controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory oversight for equity research publications.
• Review and approve research communications to meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Research teams to manage risk.
• Assist with onboarding and governance of research coverage.
