Job summary

Powertech is seeking a proactive Equipment Storeperson in Brisbane to support safe receipt, storage, maintenance and dispatch of equipment. The role involves checking in/out gear, coordinating freight, maintaining stock records and preparing items for projects.

Ideal candidates will have warehousing experience, a current driver’s licence and forklift licence, plus strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous stores, warehousing or logistics experience is preferred.
• Current driver’s licence and forklift licence is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Reliable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, recording and dispatching equipment.
• Completing equipment check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinating freight bookings and tracking deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stocktakes.
• Cleaning, labelling and preparing equipment for upcoming projects.
• Identifying and quarantining damaged or unsuitable equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised stores facility.
