The opportunity

As our EPM Solutions Consultant you’ll spearhead the enhancement and creation of financial models using a variety of EPM solutions (including Anaplan) within the Financial Services sector. This pivotal role places you at the forefront of our team’s growth, driving business performance through innovative solutions and leading‑edge implementations.

This role is based in Naarm Melbourne or Warrang Sydney and may be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in advancing existing forecast models and pioneering new use cases, making a tangible impact on our business operations.
  • Foster a culture of connected planning by engaging with diverse business units, thereby shaping a dynamic and integrated planning ecosystem.
  • Champion the development of automated reporting environments and optimize business processes, positioning you as a key influencer in our strategic direction.
What we look for
  • Strong analytical skills with a mathematically rigorous background, high attention to detail, and the ability to understand and work with complex business data requirements to deliver insightful analytical models.
  • Experience with Anaplan, Board Oracle EPM, or similar enterprise performance management implementations.
  • Proficiency in communicating complex information clearly to a variety of stakeholders, managing senior relationships, and fostering a positive inclusive team culture.
  • Relevant academic degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related IT field. Additional financial qualifications such as ACA, ACMA, or ACCA are highly beneficial.
  • Additional experience with OLAP technologies, a background in Financial Services, and expertise in finance function transformation including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting is advantageous.
