Job summary

Halliburton seeks a senior regulatory compliance leader to steer environmental strategy for large-scale power generation projects across Australia and APAC. You will oversee permitting, engage regulators, and ensure emissions and noise standards are met while supporting development and engineering teams.

The role requires 30% travel and reports to the Senior Director of the Power Generation division, based in Western Australia. Experience with complex regulatory frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance for energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in air emissions and noise compliance for large-scale facilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with regulators and managing compliance processes.
• Experience navigating complex environmental frameworks in Australia and/or APAC.
• Ability to operate at both technical and strategic levels.
• Background supporting project development or early-stage project feasibility.
• Experience with large-scale power projects (100 MW or greater).
• Familiarity with international standards.
