Job summary

Hinchen Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Practitioner to support multiple operational sites across Victoria and Tasmania. The role involves hands-on fieldwork, regulatory liaison, and site planning, with travel to regional sites and regular coordination with the Senior Environmental Business Partner.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, 5+ years in heavy industry or regulator environments, and proven ability to turn compliance into practical action while engaging

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with site managers and operations to understand obligations and manage risks.
• Undertake site inspections, compliance verifications, and track corrective actions to completion.
• Maintain environmental management plans and operating conditions; support ground disturbing processes.
