Fortescue Pre-Order Sales invites an Environmental Advisor to strengthen environmental performance within the Environment Governance team in Perth. You’ll work with cross-functional groups to improve data quality, support approvals and contribute to reliable compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an environmental, resources, data management or business systems role.
• Experience with data entry, validation, migration or maintaining structured datasets.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Western Australian environmental legislation, approvals processes or compliance reporting is desirable.
• A relevant qualification in environmental studies, business, data or systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain environmental data in Enablon, in line with Fortescue’s environmental approvals procedures.
• Validate data, carry out quality checks and help resolve data issues across environmental systems.
• Support the development of environmental dashboards that improve visibility and use of environmental data.
• Assist with compliance reporting templates, documents and supporting information.
• Take part in meetings with Approvals, Governance and Operations teams.
