Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced entrepreneurship instructors and business educators to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on startup strategy, business planning, and early-stage innovation. Your real-world expertise will shape how AI understands entrepreneurial thinking for founders, educators, and investors.

This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week. You will review AI-generated scenarios, assess business models and go-to-market strategies, and provide structured

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or startup strategy.
• Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and early-stage decision-making.
• Able to critically evaluate written business plans and strategic scenarios.
• Comfortable delivering applied, real-world feedback in a structured format.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated entrepreneurship scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance.
• Evaluate business models, assumptions, and go-to-market strategies against real-world standards.
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or startup strategy
• Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and early-stage decision-making

• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI experience required
