Job summary

XPT Software seeks an experienced Entra ID MFA & Identity Security Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale identity security solutions across large Azure environments. This role focuses on MFA rollout, Conditional Access, and identity governance to strengthen access controls and reduce risk.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with security, infrastructure, workplace, and application teams to ensure seamless Entra ID authentication and secure identity operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and modern identity security concepts.
• Strong understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale identity security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Entra ID solutions across Azure environments.
• Lead MFA rollout and migration programs for thousands of users across multiple units.
• Configure Entra ID MFA, Authentication Methods, SSPR, and Identity Protection policies.
• Develop Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate applications with Entra ID authentication services.
• Conduct identity security assessments and recommend improvements to strengthen access controls.
