Qualifications

• Current university enrollment with a graduation date between November 2026 and December 2027.
• Available for a 10-week summer internship from February 15, 2027 to April 23, 2027, and available to start full-time employment in 2027 or H1 2028.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in Australia and will not require visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python or SQL).
• Customer service and solution-focused experience with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and Bloomberg Enterprise Technology workflows.
• History of solving sophisticated problems with attention to detail and strong analytical attitude.
• Interest and aptitude in technology with basic connectivity and automation understanding.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to collaborate across regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and tackle issues related to our enterprise product suite and examine root causes with customers and internal partners.
• Work with clients and internal product, trade-desk, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide an outstanding level of production support to our client base.
• Demonstrate proactivity and ownership of client-reported issues and outreach projects.
• Tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences, including objection handling.
• Examine root cause statistics for trends and implement preventative measures with clients.
