Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Account Executive to own a fast-moving book of opportunities across Federal Government Departments and Agencies. You will run full-cycle deals, from prospecting to close, and collaborate with pre-sales, sales engineering, and internal teams to drive government-focused growth.

Expect to build territory plans, generate pipeline, and maintain strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Solid experience selling enterprise software to large organizations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders up to the C-suite.
• Experience with CRM sales processes or public sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly targets selling Salesforce into Public Sector accounts.
• Run full-cycle deals from prospecting to close, focusing on new business and growing existing accounts.
• Build go-to-market plans: research territory, identify target agencies, turn insights into pipeline.
• Generate pipeline through cold outreach, campaigns, and market knowledge of public sector landscape.
• Provide a value-based, consultative approach with business cases and ROI.
