Job summary

Endeavour Energy in Sydney is seeking a Project Scheduler to strengthen how projects and programs are planned, monitored and delivered across our portfolio. You will develop and maintain detailed, integrated schedules using MSP and other tools, supporting governance reporting and decision-making.

A Diploma in Project Management is desirable; tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction or management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Structured and analytical professional with strong scheduling capability.
• Experience in project planning across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed schedules, dependencies, milestones and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve enterprise scheduling templates, standards and guidelines.
• Maintain integrated schedules with logic, dependencies, milestones and resource forecasts.
• Manage the enterprise Master Schedule for portfolio visibility and timing impacts.
• Identify scheduling risks, test proposed schedules and support decision-making.
• Prepare reports for governance forums and project teams.
• Coach project managers in scheduling practices and tools.
• Drive scheduling maturity across the project community.
