Qualifications

• Experience leading Enterprise Architecture and solution Architecture teams in large enterprises.
• Experience building an enterprise practice in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with senior business and IT stakeholders, and external groups to develop IT roadmaps.
• 5+ years in practice management roles within IT.
• Experience managing architectures for large portfolios or multiple programs with stakeholder management and prioritization.
• Executive presence and ability to consult with senior stakeholders up to C-level.
• Strong understanding of Retail, Financial, Identity, Commercial Services, Government Trusted Services.
• Strong consulting architecture skills to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to negotiate and explain complex concepts.
• Knowledge of future technology trends and ability to maintain knowledge.
• Strong business and commercial acumen to understand drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT blueprints and roadmaps aligned with strategic intent.
• Coordinate architecture activity and deliverables across programs.
