Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking an Enterprise Integration (ESB) Technical Lead to provide operational leadership and hands-on oversight across a complex enterprise integration landscape in Melbourne.

You will lead day-to-day BAU operations, drive incident and release management, and mentor the Integration Services team to ensure reliable, scalable integrations across MuleSoft, Kafka, API gateways and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise integration teams.
• Strong understanding of ESB architectures and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to manage incidents and releases at scale.
