Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operations and troubleshooting across multiple cloud domains (compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, security).

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for Enterprise Accounts.
• Understand customer outcomes and business goals.
• Recommend AWS service improvements aligned to customer strategy.
• Present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
• Provide reviews of service disruptions with metrics and prelaunch planning.
• Advocate for customer requirements within AWS (feature requests).
• Attend customer meetings (onsite or by phone).
• Use resolution tools to expedite customer issue resolution.
• Share knowledge and innovate with AWS technologists globally.
• Collaborate with AWS engineers to resolve issues quickly.
• Plan and execute product launches, migrations, and modernization events on AWS.
