Beyond Blue is seeking a part-time Enterprise Architect to align our technology landscape with strategic priorities. You will define and evolve our architecture, establish governance, and guide technology investment with security, privacy and scalability at the forefront.
You will lead a small team, collaborate across business functions, and ensure architectural decisions balance innovation with risk, in alignment with our long-term direction.
For more than 25 years, people in Australia have placed their trust in Beyond Blue as a reliable source of mental health information, support and hope.
We are one of Australia’s most well-known, trusted, and visited mental health organisations. We never take this for granted. With that comes a deep responsibility to listen, to understand people’s needs and aspirations, and to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
The Enterprise Architect is a strategic, part time leadership role responsible for aligning Beyond Blue’s technology landscape with our organisational strategy and transformation priorities. Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you will define and evolve our current and target enterprise architecture, establish practical architecture governance, and develop clear principles and roadmaps to guide technology investment, modernisation and decision making.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will bring together solution, data, application, security and other architecture perspectives to create a cohesive and sustainable technology environment. You will lead a team of three and focus your expertise on the highest value and highest risk decisions, helping Beyond Blue make informed choices that are scalable, secure and aligned with our long term direction.
You are an experienced enterprise architecture leader who can connect organisational strategy, business capabilities and technology direction. You bring broad expertise across applications, integration, data, cloud, digital, infrastructure, cyber security and privacy, together with the judgement to apply recognised architecture frameworks pragmatically within a complex, evolving organisation.
You 're a trusted adviser and collaborative leader who can influence senior stakeholders, technology specialists and external partners without relying on direct authority. You communicate complex concepts clearly, facilitate constructive decision making and know how to balance innovation with security, privacy, operational, commercial and organisational considerations.
