Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for Ward B at Strathalbyn Hospital on a part-time basis. You will work under supervision to provide safe, patient-centred care and support education for patients and families in a rural, collaborative health environment.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia to practice as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centred care under supervision.
• Willingness to work in a rural hospital setting and adapt to varied clinical activities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Plans, prioritises and completes care within scope.
• Provides patient and family education and involvement in care.
• Supports team-based care, supervising assistants and students when required.
• Contributes to quality improvement, research activities and evidence-based practice.
