Job summary

Amplar Health in Australia is expanding its Transition Care Service, inviting Enrolled Nurses to apply for full- or part-time roles (minimum 0.6 FTE). You will work in a sub-acute setting, supporting patients as they recover with person-centred care.

Join a team led by an experienced Nurse Educator, offering learning opportunities, skill development and a collaborative environment. Shifts cover mornings, afternoons and nights.

Qualifications

• 1 year + experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in wound care management.
• Hold a current CPR certificate.
• High attention to detail with a patient focused approach.
• Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
• If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
• Nurses with agency experience in acute care are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients progress and report changes to a broader multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to care planning and patient assessments.
• Support activities of daily living and administer medications.
