Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support patients across the community with person-centred care. You will work with registered nurses and a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and monitor patient progress.

You'll contribute to safety, quality improvement, and a compassionate culture while growing professionally in a supportive regional health service. Rural/community experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and no medication restrictions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning, professional development and quality improvement.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
