Job summary

ForHealth Group in Melton is seeking an Enrolled/Registered Nurse to join a collaborative team delivering patient-focused care across a dedicated practice. The role is permanent part-time within a values-led organisation that prioritises teamwork and excellence in patient care.

You will work alongside experienced nurses and GPs, performing clinical tasks, immunisations, wound care, data management, and patient education in a supportive environment that values staff wellbeing and professional

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or acute care setting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer immunisations and monitor post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritise emergencies.
• Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical data.
• Wound care including dressings and suture removal.
• Provide patient education to support health outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team in Melton. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient clinical data
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture

About You
