The Bethanie Group invites applications for an Enrolled Nurse at Bethanie Gwelup Aged Care Home, offering casual hours in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in aged care and/or supporting residents living with dementia.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis.
• Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements.
• Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents.
• Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace.
• Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse toprovide high-quality clinical care and support to our residents atBethanie Gwelup Aged Care Home.

This Enrolled Nurse opportunity is offered on aCasual basis.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care toresidents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus onlearning and safety.

The Role
