ForHealth is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a casual position in Modbury, SA. You will work closely with a collaborative clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across immunisation, wound care, patient education, and GP support in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or an acute care setting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach.

Responsabilités

• Administering immunisations and post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations.
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintaining accurate patient clinical data.
• Wound care including dressings and suture removal.
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented practice culture.
