Job summary

Mygration Pty Ltd seeks a full-time Enrolled Nurse in Port Broughton, SA. You will provide hands-on clinical and personal care, under RN supervision, and contribute to resident wellbeing in a modern, resident-centred facility.

The role offers ongoing training, career development, and a collaborative team environment, with competitive salary of $79,500–$85,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing (EN) with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 1 year aged care/dementia care experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration and chronic disease management.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
• Annual flu vaccination and full COVID-19 immunisation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resident care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Monitor and document health status, reporting changes to the RN.
• Perform wound care, catheter management, and other clinical interventions.
• Support residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding).
• Uphold person-centred care respecting dignity and preferences.
• Engage residents in social activities to enhance wellbeing.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Adhere to infection control, WHS, and aged care quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation in care records.
• Follow facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in handovers, meetings, and training.
• Mentor less experienced care staff as needed.
