Job summary

Respect Group Limited’s Cedar Place in Kempsey, NSW is seeking a passionate Enrolled Nurse dedicated to delivering resident-centred care in a supportive, not-for-profit aged care setting.

You will work closely with Registered Nurses and the care team to provide high-quality clinical and personal care, support assessments and care planning, and foster meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience.
• Passion for aged care and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical and personal care to residents.
• Assist with clinical assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report clinical changes.
• Support medication administration within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience.
• A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Current National Police Certificate.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
