Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Day Surgery team on a permanent part-time basis (16 hours per week). The Gold Coast Campus is a 339-bed facility with a wide range of specialties and a not-for-profit salary packaging option.

The role involves delivering safe, high-quality nursing care across wards, maintaining professional standards, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (essential).
• Proven clinical competency and high standard of nursing care.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving to maximise patient care.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of health care and nursing practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality care across multiple areas within Mater Mothers’.
• Support a range of clinical needs and adapt across different wards.
• Contribute to quality/risk management integration into service provision.
