Job summary

Hunter New England Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for community nursing across Raymond Terrace and Newcastle. You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes and clinics, manage wound care, compression therapy, and continence care, and support families through palliative care.

You’ll coordinate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence at home. You’re a compassionate Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration, a NSW Driver Licence, and willingness to travel

  • Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel locally.
  • Experience in wound care, continence care and medication administration.
  • Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.

The Opportunity

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality care where it's needed most - within the community. Your role will include:

  • Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
