Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join the Port Macquarie Base Hospital team. You must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrate sound clinical practice, problem-solving and effective communication.

The role involves coordinating patient care in a multidisciplinary team, with a seven-day rotating roster that includes night shifts, weekends and on-call.

Qualifications

• Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Sound knowledge and skills in relevant clinical practice.
• Demonstrated clinical problem solving to maximise patient care.
• Proven effective clinical communication through IT, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team providing outcome-based care.
• Participation in a seven-day rotating roster including night shifts, weekends, public holidays and on-call.
