Job summary

Harwell Home Care Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality clinical care to veterans in their own homes across Cleveland and Surrounds. The role features flexible shifts, above-award fuel allowance, and opportunity for nights, weekends, and public holiday pay.

The successful candidate will deliver nursing care per care plans, administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Perform wound care, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care as needed.
• Collaborating with other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Supporting clients with personal care and mobility where required.
• Providing health education and promoting client independence.
• Accurately documenting care, observations, and any changes in client condition.
• Escalating concerns to the Registered Nurse or clinical lead as appropriate.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll deliver clinical nursing care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For

Enrolled Nurse

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse


• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle


• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one


• Must have work rights in Australia


• Previous experience in community, aged care, or DVA nursing (highly regarded)


• A genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellence


• Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Flexibility to travel within the local area to support clients in their homes


• Availability to start immediately is highly regarded
