Job summary

Estia Health - Valley View is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide clinical care and develop comprehensive care plans for residents in a supportive aged care setting.

You will document care in line with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards and supervise Personal Care Workers, promoting a holistic team approach. A Diploma in Nursing and current AHPRA registration are essential, with empathy and strong communication valued in our community.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care and ability to document care plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Ability to supervise Personal Care Workers and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Create assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation to AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers, promoting a holistic team approach.
