Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service in Toowoomba, QLD is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill - CSSD to support safe patient care by ensuring critical clinical equipment is reprocessed to the highest standards.

You'll deliver advanced instrument reprocessing and sterilisation outcomes, mentor and guide team members, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the health service.

Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Knowledge of instrument reprocessing, infection prevention principles and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and support others.

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill - CSSD, you'll help create the foundation for safe patient care by ensuring critical clinical equipment is processed to the highest standards. From supporting quality outcomes to mentoring colleagues and contributing to service improvements, you'll be part of a collaborative team making a real difference across the health service every day.

• Delivering advanced instrument reprocessing and sterilisation outcomes that support safe, efficient patient care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical priorities are met and services run smoothly.
• Supporting quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen care standards.
• Mentoring and guiding team members and students, helping build capability and confidence across the workforce.

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with no medication restrictions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instrument reprocessing, infection prevention principles and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, collaborate and support others.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have an Advanced Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nursing) or are undertaking further postgraduate study.
