Mercy Health Australia in Young NSW is seeking enthusiastic Enrolled Nurses to join our inpatient team at Mercy Care Centre, Young NSW. These permanent part-time roles involve direct patient care under supervision, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs on a 26-bed subacute ward.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of documentation, and uphold person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Vaccination status in line with public health orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RNs/physicians.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with daily activities and comfort of patients.
• Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to high standards.
• Work on a 26-bed subacute ward specialising in rehabilitation & palliative care.

About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Mercy Health you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients while adhering to healthcare protocols and standards.

• Located at Mercy Care Centre, Young NSW.
• Multiple Permanent Part-Time positions for Enrolled Nurses.
• Provide quality patient- focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach.
• Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard.
• Work on our 26 bed subacute ward specialising in rehabilitation & palliative care.
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide a highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
