Job summary

TLC Healthcare is seeking an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to join our clinical team in the Geelong region, including Wallington and nearby areas. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, person-centred care, assist with care planning, and maintain accurate clinical records across resident care settings.

Key duties include administering medications, monitoring residents’ conditions, and contributing to a supportive, infection-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Sound knowledge of infection control and aged care standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies and procedures.
• Administer medications, including IV therapies, in line with endorsement and scope of practice.
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in residents’ clinical conditions.
• Support the Registered Nurse in care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Promote a safe environment, adhering to infection control and WHS standards.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignity-focused care.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

Compliance Requirements

• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
• Working with Children Check
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
