We are currently seeking full-time Enrolled Nurses to join our compassionate and dynamic team at Mawson Lakes, SA.

Benefits

The position offered is full time with salary of $77,000 plus superannuation

Task & responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, including assisting with personal care needs such as hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions by observing vital signs, symptoms, and physical changes, and report any concerns to the supervising Registered Nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including administering injections, wound care, and assisting with oral medications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans for patients, ensuring that care delivery is in line with individual needs.
• Provide health education and advice to patients and their families about managing health conditions and improving well‑being.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care within a multi‑disciplinary team, ensuring all aspects of care are addressed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including documenting changes in condition, administered treatments, and patient responses.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Qualification & experience
