Job summary

Cornerstone Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse in Australia to support doctors and clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work in a collaborative treatment room, assisting GPs with acute presentations, triage, immunisations, wound care, and point-of-care testing, while delivering patient-centred care.

You will bring current EN registration, experience in a medical centre setting preferred, and a strong commitment to teamwork and patient service, with immunisation

Responsibilities

• Assist with minor surgical procedures.
• Administer child and adult immunisations.
• Provide dressings and wound care.
• Ensure sterilisation of instruments in line with RACGP guidelines.
• Support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Work collaboratively with the broader clinical team to ensure smooth operations.

About the Role

Our Medical is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support our doctors and clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will work within a collaborative treatment room environment, supporting GPs with acute presentations, patient triage, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, iron infusions, ECGs, spirometry and point-of-care testing while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with minor surgical procedures
• Administer child and adult immunisations
• Provide dressings and wound care
• Ensure sterilisation of instruments in line with RACGP guidelines
• Support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
• Work collaboratively with the broader clinical team to ensure smooth operations

About You

You are a motivated and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in delivering quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will bring:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration
• Experience in a medical centre treatment room (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care
• Strong teamwork skills, along with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of immunisation schedules for children and adults
• A strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
• Experience with iron infusions (highly desirable)

You will also be required to provide evidence of immunisation/immunity in line with current regulations, including: Hepatitis B, DTP, and Tuberculosis screening if required.
