Churches Of Christ Home Care, Hervey Bay, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for casual work with potential to go permanent. The role offers 40 hours per fortnight with flexibility and the chance to build genuine relationships while supporting clients to remain safe and independent in their own homes.

You will work with clients, families and the care team to provide high-quality clinical care, document changes, and help coordinate care plans.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• A valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for work.
• Experience in Home Care or Residential Care.
• National Police Check.
• Valid Australian Working Rights (no sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' health; escalate to RN.
• Assist with care plan development and support carers with best‑practice delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to care coordination.

No two days are the same. You'll work alongside clients, families and the wider care team to provide high-quality clinical care, helping people continue living where they're most comfortable.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will:

• Delivering quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and escalating concerns to the Registered Nurse.
• Assisting with care plan development and supporting carers with best‑practice care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to care coordination, scheduling, and service planning.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• A current driver's license and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes are essential for this role. (Reimbursement of $0.96 per KM is provided for use of own vehicle)
• Experience in Home Care or Residential Care
• A National Police Check
• Valid Australian Working Rights (we are not offering sponsorship)
