BaptistCare Amberlea in Drouin, VIC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care in a busy aged care setting. You will lead the care team on shift and work with residents and families to uphold dignity and safety.

This casual role offers flexible shifts with a competitive hourly rate, 25% casual loading and NFP benefits, plus ongoing training and support from a values-driven team committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people is desirable.
• Confident in clinical environments and leading a care team.
• Good communication with residents, families and staff; basic IT skills.

THE ROLE

As an Enrolled Nurse at BaptistCare Amberlea Community, you'll provide safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team around you. This is a role with real clinical responsibility and real human connection.

ABOUT YOU

You don't need a long history in aged care to thrive here - you need solid clinical foundations, a person-centred mindset, and the drive to lead well.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings)
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people (highly desirable but not essential)
• Confident in clinical environments - you're comfortable guiding a care team and holding the standard
• Strong communicator - clear, respectful, and consistent with residents, families, and staff
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Hold or be willing to obtain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Proof of working rights in Australia
