Job summary

Silverchain is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join their Kingsley team on a Permanent Part Time basis (56 hours per fortnight). Starts are 7.00am with some flexibility; services are delivered in the community, Monday to Sunday.

You will support clients with wound management, catheter care and chronic disease management under the direction of a Registered Nurse, with a strong onboarding and ongoing professional development plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled nursing role.
• Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations.
• A current Working with Children’s check.
• Full Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound management, catheter care and chronic disease management under clinical direction.
• Deliver community nursing services across Kingsley with a flexible start time within 7.00am–s) window.

Looking to take your nursing career into the community? We’re seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Kingsley team on a Permanent Part Time (56 hours p/fortnight) basis, 7.00am starts, however there is some flexibility with start times. Monday – Sunday.

This role offers the chance to provide meaningful one-on-one care while out and about in the community. You’ll support clients of various ages with wound management, catheter care and chronic disease management under the clinical direction of a Registered Nurse, if you’re passionate about delivering quality care and want the flexibility of community nursing, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for
