Job summary

Dhelkaya Health is seeking motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our multidisciplinary teams across Aged Care Units in Castlemaine, Victoria. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care for residents and their families.

Your responsibilities include resident assessments, developing care plans, and maintaining confidential clinical documentation while upholding the SUFS safety framework.

Dhelkaya Health is seeking motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our multidisciplinary teams across a variety of Aged Care Units. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality,person-centred care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) Standards for Practice and within your scope of practice, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care and support optimal health outcomes for residents and their families across Dhelkaya Health services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking resident assessments and reporting clinical findings or changes to the Registered Nurse
• Contributing to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans
• Delivering direct care in line with individual resident needs, goals, and preferences
• Monitoring and evaluating care outcomes in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and care team
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Practising Speaking Up For Safety (SUFS) using the SAFETY C.O.D.E framework (following training
