Job summary

Reece Enoggera is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to support landscapers and tradespeople with product access and branch operations at the Enoggera branch. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, provide quotes, and help maintain stock and displays.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position with weekend shifts, training and development, and employee discounts. A valid driver’s license is required, and a company vehicle may be used for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop displays and provide accurate information.
• Proficient with a computer and willing to learn new systems.
• Has a clean, valid driver’s license and can work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
