Job summary

Raystech Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Technologist for its Commercial and Industrial engineering function in Rocklea, QLD. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable engineering technology experience with distributed multi-system integration and testing.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards for grid-connected inverter and battery installations (AS/NZS 4777, AS/NZS 5139).

Responsibilities

• Analyse and adapt engineering solutions for PV and battery storage systems to meet project requirements.
• Conduct system-level testing and validation of distributed renewable-energy installations and monitoring platforms.
• Provide commissioning support for C&I photovoltaic and battery projects.
• Diagnose hardware-software interface faults and implement practical fixes.
• Review system schematics, network configurations and project arrangements.
• Prepare test protocols, commissioning checklists and fault-investigation reports.
• Support QA and verification activities across C&I projects.
• Assess new renewable-energy hardware for compatibility with current architectures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve integration issues.
