Job summary

The Australian Industry Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre offers a 12‑month Certificate III in Engineering – Technical traineeship with KSB Australia in Hope Valley, WA. You will gain hands-on experience in engineering documentation, drawings, reporting and quality processes alongside experienced engineers.

Mentoring from industry professionals and a dedicated consultant support your apprenticeship, with all training fees and PPE provided to help you complete the qualification.

Qualifications

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia.
• Minimum completion of Year 12 High School.
• Have a genuine interest in engineering and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation and records.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering instructions.
• Support project planning, scheduling and reporting activities.
• Collect, record and analyse technical data.
• Assist with quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Use CAD and engineering software to support engineering activities.
• Participate in product testing, inspections and technical evaluations.
• Maintain workplace safety standards and follow company procedures.
• Communicate with engineers, production personnel and customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
