Job summary

Easygo seeks a visionary engineering leader to guide multiple squads building scalable, high‑volume entertainment platforms. You will own technical strategy, design reviews, and incident management, shaping architecture and delivery.

You’ll mentor tech leads, drive delivery excellence, and collaborate with product and operations to push the boundaries of distributed systems in a cloud native environment. This role offers a fast-paced, learning‑centric culture with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven software engineering experience with production systems.
Proven track record managing multiple squads of engineers.
Experience developing and executing strategic engineering plans.

Responsibilities

Lead and support multiple engineering squads to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor and coach team members, including tech leads, to grow technically and professionally.
Provide a clear strategic vision so teams work toward common goals.
Contribute hands-on in technical design reviews and critical incident escalations.
