Job summary

ACCIONA in Australia is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering team at Kwinana Energy Recovery. You will drive safe, efficient and compliant performance across a 24-hour shift operation, overseeing asset management, maintenance delivery and contractor control.

Reporting to the O&M Manager, you will build strong working relationships across site, develop strategic plans for facility availability with Engineers, and ensure contracts and KPIs are met while promoting

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years industry experience.
• Experience leading large, diverse project teams.
• Strong to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team and drive a performance-focused culture.
• Drive safety culture and embed Acciona's objectives across Operations.
• Own asset and maintenance delivery; develop strategic plans for facility availability.
• Manage contracts & contractors and ensure contractual obligations.
• Report on performance, prepare submissions and KPIs.
