Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a well-established Australian manufacturer to find engineering students and graduates for a 3–6 month on-site reliability/maintenance internship. Gain hands-on experience in a major manufacturing environment and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

You'll work with engineering and maintenance teams, analyse equipment performance, participate in root-cause investigations, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals in a collaborative, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics preferred.
• Interest in reliability and maintenance engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, proactive and keen to learn.
