Job summary

Monash Health, a leading academic health service in Victoria, seeks a Senior Manager for Engineering & Infrastructure. Based at Clayton campus with travel to other facilities, you will drive delivery, advisory services, and asset lifecycle management across over 50 locations in south-east Melbourne.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leaders to align projects with organisational strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field desirable.
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Projects Delivery, Technical Advisory, and Assets & Compliance functions to align with strategy.
Oversee infrastructure and minor works project delivery on time and budget.
Manage Technical Advisory to ensure decisions meet standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee asset lifecycle management, maintenance scheduling, and capex planning.
Drive compliance with regulatory, safety and operational standards across projects and assets.
Foster continuous improvement and integrated decision-making across teams.
Act as primary contact for senior leadership, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
