• 10+ years in technology delivery, quality engineering, automation or release management in complex enterprises.
• Proven people leadership, ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing engineering practices, test automation, CI/CD, release processes, environments and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering enablement across quality engineering, DevOps, releases, environments and tooling.
• Coach and develop a specialist enablement team and establish engineering standards.
