Triple J Logistics Pty Ltd – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking an Engineering Apprentice (Metal Fabrication) to join the team. You will gain hands-on experience, mentoring and support while training toward a trade qualification.

Located in Wetherill Park, the role suits a school leaver or first-year apprentice. The successful candidate will undertake Certificate III in Engineering and work with qualified trades to develop practical skills and a career in fabrication.

• Must be fit for manual/physical work.

Suitable applicants must have a genuine interest in pursuing fabrication as a career path, be motivated and willing to work hard to get trade qualified.

The successful candidate will undergoCertificate III in Engineering.

Located in Wetherill Park close to public transport. Position would suit school leaveror first year apprenticelooking for a career in metal fabrication

Duties will involve:

• Performing engineering measurements


• Apply welding principles


• Use workshop machines for basic operations


• Carry out mechanical cutting


• Apply principles of occupational health and safety in the work environment

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to undertake manual/physical work


• Motivated with a genuine interest in thefabricationindustry


• Be trustworthy and reliable


• A willingness to learn and work within a team environment


• Have a high level of attention to detail


• Drivers licence preferred but not essential


• Candidates must be fit and healthy and able to work in confined areas and under trucks


• Candidates must be available for overtime and Saturday work when required
