Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects is seeking an experienced Engineer - Secondary to join our WA engineering team. You will deliver precise secondary protection and control designs for HV projects, supporting field staff and clients throughout delivery.

You will join a 200+ strong in-house Design & Engineering team, delivering complex outputs across Electrical Primary and Secondary disciplines, and contributing to industry-leading renewable, transmission and storage projects with practical, buildable

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex secondary systems design projects.
• Experience in Energy/Electrical utilities or renewable industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate PAC secondary designs for HV and renewable projects.
• Support field staff and clients with design outputs and reviews.
• Check and validate secondary system design outputs produced by the team.

The Opportunity

Consolidated Power Projects is seeking an experienced Engineer - Secondary to join our growing WA engineering team.

Secondary Engineers deliver timely and accurate technical designs while supporting field staff, customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will be able to produce accurate precision designs required for secondary protection and control (PAC) systems in the high voltage utility and renewable sectors. You will deliver complex internal and external secondary system design projects, and demonstrate capability of checking secondary system design outputs.

You will join a highly regarded in-house Design & Engineering team of over 200 experienced professionals and play an integral role in the successful delivery of various industry leading projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will posses:

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience leading complex secondary systems design projects
• Experience in a similar role within Energy/Electrical utilities or renewableindustries
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
